Representative projects:
- I have represented clients in 120+ commercial litigations with an aggregated dispute value exceeding PLN 1.5 billion; in cases such as: (a) a multi-level dispute of a duty-free operator with the Airport; the dispute included 20+ litigations relative to: hand over of premises, claims for non-performance of lease agreements, payments under bank guarantees, unfair competition claims, possessory protection, enforcement and eviction cases; (b) construction disputes handled for commercial and residential developers; (c) post-transaction disputes regarding: Share Purchase Agreements, investment agreements, corporate guarantees ad suretyships, actio pauliana cases.
- My arbitration track-record includes co-counselling and representing an Indian investor in a successful BIT arbitration against the Republic of Poland. I have also advised the client in post-arbitration procedures and settlement negotiations. Further, I have also represented clients in domestic arbitration and post-arbitration proceedings.
- I advised clients in transactions such as: (a) sale of shares of a public listed company from the retail industry and bond issuance, (b) sale of shares in a leading green energy/PV company followed by an investment/shareholders’ agreement; (c) M&A process of a IT/software house.
- I also assisted in day-to-day operations of companies from the following industries: Pharmaceutics manufacturer, Retail, IT/software house, technology and green energy, Private equity.
